Continue your meditation and affirmation practice affirming, “At this moment, my heart is filled with gratitude.”
Today, write a note expressing gratitude for something that you want to experience in the coming year. This can be something you are already experiencing and you want more of it in 2021, or something you are not currently experiencing, but want to.
Write it in presence tense, as if you have already received it. For example, “I am so grateful for the abundance of health I am experiencing right now!"
